Remote use of the Aqara Smart Lock U50 needs an Aqara Zigbee 3.0 hub, and Matter works only through a Matter-supported Aqara hub.
It is a Zigbee 3.0 keypad deadbolt with Home Key, no fingerprint reader and 4 AA batteries. It suits HomeKit users, with native support through Bluetooth. Google Home and Alexa users reach it through an integration (Zigbee).
