Does the SwitchBot mmWave Presence Sensor work with HomeKit, Alexa, and Google Home?
The mmWave Presence Sensor works without a hub and links locally to a SwitchBot Bot, Relay or Light.
A hub adds fuller automations and Matter. It runs on batteries. It suits Google Home, Alexa and SmartThings users through an integration (the maker's cloud). Home Assistant users reach it through an integration (Bluetooth).
SwitchBot Hub 2, Hub 3 or Hub Mini (Matter Enabled), A Matter controller on your platform, such as a HomePod or Apple TV for HomeKit[5] (A SwitchBot hub is not enough on its own. You also need the platform's own home gateway.)
Limited: Needs a SwitchBot Hub and a SwitchBot account API token.; State updates arrive by webhook, so the Home Assistant instance must be reachable from the internet (or use Home Assistant Cloud).[9]
