Does the Hubitat Elevation C-8 Pro work with HomeKit, Alexa, and Google Home?

The Hubitat Elevation C-8 Pro is a local hub with Zigbee 3.0, Z-Wave 800 with Long Range, Wi-Fi and Ethernet built in, and it is a Matter controller.

It has no Thread radio and is not a Thread border router, so Matter over Thread devices need another platform's border router. It suits HomeKit, Google Home, Alexa and Home Assistant users through an integration (the maker's hub).
