ecobee now sells the SmartCamera with voice control only inside the Home Security Bundle.
It is an indoor 1080p camera with Alexa built in, and it supports HomeKit Secure Video. It suits HomeKit users, with native support through local Wi-Fi control. Alexa users get native support through the maker's cloud.
