Eve makes a Light Switch and a Dimmer Switch for neutral-wire boxes. The US Light Switch and the Dimmer Switch use Matter over Thread.
The European Light Switch is a 230 V model that uses Thread and Bluetooth with HomeKit. All of them are mains-powered and can relay Thread traffic, but none is a border router.
