Eve Cam and Eve Outdoor Cam work only with HomeKit Secure Video. No Matter support is listed for either.
Recordings need an iCloud+ plan and a HomePod or Apple TV as a home hub. Eve Cam is an indoor camera on USB power. Outdoor Cam is a floodlight camera on mains power, sold in black and in a White Edition.
