Does the Tapo C100 work with HomeKit, Alexa, and Google Home?

The Tapo C100 is a fixed 1080p camera that plugs into a wall adapter and joins 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.

RTSP and ONVIF allow local viewing, and Alexa and Google Assistant both work with it. It suits Google Home and Alexa users, with native support through the maker's cloud. Home Assistant users reach it through an integration (local Wi-Fi control).
