Does the Reolink E1 Zoom work with HomeKit, Alexa, and Google Home?

The E1 Zoom is an 8MP pan-tilt camera with 3X optical zoom that plugs in and connects over Wi-Fi.

It has an RJ45 port but no PoE, and it supports RTSP and ONVIF. It suits Google Home and Alexa users, with native support through the maker's cloud. Home Assistant users get native support through local Wi-Fi control. It does not support HomeKit.
