Which TP-Link Tapo and Kasa smart plugs should I buy?

Tapo's plugs are mini plugs, energy-monitoring plugs, a dimmer plug, power strips, outdoor plugs and an in-wall outlet, with the Kasa EP25 and KP125M. The M models are Matter-certified and list HomeKit beside Matter: Tapo P100M, P110M, P115M, P125M, P304M, P400M and P410M, and Kasa KP125M.

Native HomeKit without Matter works on the P125 (US), P300 (EU and global), P306 and Kasa EP25. The P100, P105, P110 and P115 list Alexa, Google Assistant and sometimes SmartThings, and none lists Matter or HomeKit.

Kasa EP25 and KP125MThe same slim Kasa body. The EP25 is the HomeKit version and the KP125M is the Matter version. P4 and P2 after the code mark the 4-pack and 2-pack (EP25P4, KP125MP2, KP125MP4).[6][7][9][18][19]
Same code, different regionThe P110 is 15 A in the US, 2990 W and 13 A in the UK, and 3680 W and 16 A on the global page. The P115 is rectangular in the US and round on the global page.[26–28][34][35]
