The Orb Socket, S41s, S60TPG-M and S61s are the Matter models, which pair with HomeKit, Alexa and Google Home without a hub.
SONOFF's Zigbee plugs need a Zigbee hub. Its Wi-Fi plugs use the eWeLink app, and they reach HomeKit through an eWeLink CUBE OS Matter bridge.
The S60, S61s and Orb Socket families list energy monitoring. SONOFF does not list it for the S40 or S41s.

The S60 and S61s are the energy-monitoring plugs. The S40 and S40 Lite are the compact plugs. The S31 is the older US Wi-Fi plug, and it is the only S31 with energy monitoring. The S41s is the newer Matter-over-Wi-Fi 120 V plug.[1–5]
SONOFF files the S60TPG-M, S61s Matter, S61s Zigbee and S41s plugs under iPlug Gen2, the outdoor S61STPF-PM-O under iPlug Outdoor, and the Orb Socket under the Fusion series. The S60 Wi-Fi and Zigbee plugs are sold as the S60 Series.[1][2][5–9]
SONOFF sells each plug family in several radios and sockets, so read the model code on the plug. ZB in the code means Zigbee. TP means a Wi-Fi plug, which is Matter over Wi-Fi on the S41s, S60TPG-M and S61s. The letter after TP is the socket type: A, B, F or G.
