Which SONOFF panels and remotes should I buy?

The three NSPanel Pro models each have a built-in Zigbee 3.0 hub and a Matter bridge.

The 86 type and 120 type have no relay. The Gen2 adds a 2-channel relay and a Matter hub. The original NSPanel is a Wi-Fi touchscreen wall switch with two relay channels. The T2EU-RF and RM433R2 are 433 MHz RF remotes, and the R5 scene controller uses eWeLink-Remote.

Lines compared

The NSPanel is the wall switch with a relay and a small screen. The NSPanel Pro line are control panels: the 86 type and 120 type differ in screen size and have no relay, and the Gen2 86 type adds the relay.[1–4]
