The Blue Series is Inovelli's Zigbee 3.0 line: an on/off switch with a humidity sensor, a dimmer, a presence dimmer, a fan switch, a fan and light canopy module and a button controller dimmer that is not yet on sale.
Compatible platforms are SmartThings, Home Assistant with ZHA or Zigbee2MQTT, Hubitat and Amazon Echo models with a built-in Zigbee hub. The fan switch and canopy module work with AC motors only.
