Which Honeywell Home X-series smart thermostats should I buy?

Honeywell Home sells four X-series smart thermostats: the X8S, X7S, X7B and X2S.

All four are Matter-certified over Wi-Fi, and Honeywell Home lists HomeKit, Alexa and Google Assistant for each. The X8S has a 5 in display, humidity and ventilation control and a viewer for First Alert and Ring video doorbells. The X7S and X7B have 4.3 in touchscreens and an onboard radar sensor, and the X7S pairs with optional room sensors. All four are hardwired and need a C-wire. Honeywell Home lists the X2S as the replacement for the RTH6580 WiFi 7-Day Programmable Thermostat.
