Which Honeywell Home ElitePRO and FocusPRO S-series thermostats should I buy?

Honeywell Home's ElitePRO S-series thermostats are the S1200, S1100, S1000 and S900, and the FocusPRO S200 is sold beside them.

All five are Matter-certified over Wi-Fi, and Honeywell Home lists HomeKit, Alexa and Google Assistant for each. The S1200 and S1100 have 5 in displays and monitor humidity, VOC and estimated CO2. The S1000 and S900 have 4.3 in displays and monitor humidity. The S1200, S1100 and S1000 control up to two indoor air quality devices and use RedLINK 3.0 room sensors. The S900 controls one. The S1200 adds a viewer for First Alert and Ring video doorbells.
