Which eero Wi-Fi 7 routers should I buy?

eero's Wi-Fi 7 routers are the eero 7, Pro 7, Max 7, Outdoor 7 and PoE 7, and each is a smart home hub.

They are Thread border routers and Zigbee hubs, and they control Matter devices as a controller only, all through Alexa. The models differ by Ethernet speed and placement. The eero 7 has 2.5 GbE ports, the Pro 7 5 GbE and the Max 7 10 GbE. The Outdoor 7 is rated IP66, and the PoE 7 mounts on a ceiling or wall for indoor use.
