Does the Netatmo Additional Smart Radiator Valve work with HomeKit, Alexa, and Google Home?

The Additional Smart Radiator Valve controls one hot-water radiator and runs on 2 AA batteries.

It needs the Smart Thermostat, the Smart Modulating Thermostat or the Smart Radiator Valves starter pack, and it does not work with the ORIGINAL thermostat.
