# Arlo SmartHubs and Home Security System

*Arlo / 8 models / 2022*

> Arlo's hubs are the Ultra SmartHub and Pro SmartHub, which connect Arlo cameras to a router, and the Home Security System. The SmartHubs add local video storage. The Home Security System is a separate Keypad Sensor Hub that runs on Arlo SecureLink and works without cameras. The sensor, keypad, outdoor siren, cellular backup and tag work with the Home Security System.
