> The Hubitat Elevation C-8 Pro is a local hub with Zigbee 3.0, Z-Wave 800 with Long Range, Wi-Fi and Ethernet built in, and it is a Matter controller. It has no Thread radio and is not a Thread border router, so Matter over Thread devices need another platform's border router.
